No oven or tandoor needed for this delicious recipe. prep some on the tawa and make the most out of it.


This masala aloo kulcha on tawa (onion kulcha) is a very popular Punjabi Indian street food.


Roll out balls with rolling pin and make roti, fill this with the stuffing in it, and again roll it make kulcha on tawa spread butter or ghee it's ready.


Traditionally aloo kulcha Amritsari should be cooked on clay ovens (tandoor). but while making at home you can easily make Amritsari kulcha on tawa.


This kulcha stuffed with aloo is hearty and wholesome lunch or dinner that everyone will love.


Serve it hot with a generous smear of butter.
