Heat oil in a wok / pan, add ½ onion and quickly stir fry. Add 1 tbsp. garlic, ginger and green chilli, ½ bell pepper and stir fry and mix everything well. Add 2 tbsp. tomato ketchup, chili sauce, soya sauce. 1 tbsp. white vinegar, sugar, red chili powder and mix everything well. Add fried (optional) idles about small 20 pcs and mix well the idles with the gravy. Sprinkle some water, salt, spring onions and toss it to mix everything well. The dish is ready to be served hot
