Canada's Wonderland releases famous funnel cake recipe amid pandemic, so I gave it a try to crispy , yet chewy, light-as-air funnel cake, covered in a dusting of powdered sugar, and topped with a magical vanilla ice cream and complete with a sweet strawberry sauce.
