Manchurian Balls in air fryer...


ingredients for Serves: 6


air fry Manchurian balls:


Cabbage 1 cup (grated), Carrots 1 cup (grated), French beans ½ cup (chopped), Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp, Black pepper powder 1/4th tsp, Salt to taste, Corn starch 1/4th cup, Refined flour 3/4th cup, Soy sauce 1 tsp, Ajinomoto 1/2 tsp, Oil to grease the Manchurian balls.


Method:


In a mixing bowl add all the ingredients and mix well and combine well, the consistency will be like a dough. Grease your palms with oil and shape into mini roundels. Set into air fryer and fry in 320f , about 10to 12 minutes, until crisp and golden brown. Set aside than add into rice.


Rice Ingredients:


1 cup basmati rice, 1 tsp oil, ½ tsp salt, water for soaking & boiling

For fried Rice: 2 tbsp oil,

2 clove garlic, finely chopped ½ onion, finely chopped 4 tbsp spring onion, chopped ¼ carrot, finely chopped 2 tbsp cabbage, finely chopped 2 tbsp peas, 5 beans, chopped, ¼ capsicum, finely chopped, ¾ tsp salt, 2 tbsp soy sauce, 1 tbsp vinegar, 1 tsp pepper, crushed, ¼ tsp salt.


Instructions:


firstly, in a large kadai heat 2 tbsp oil and stir-fry clove garlic.also, sauté onion and spring onion until they sweat. Than add vegetables of your choice like carrot, cabbage, peas, beans, capsicum and salt.


stir fry on high flame without overcooking vegetables. now add 2 tbsp soy sauce and 1 tbsp vinegar. stir-fry until the sauce is combined well. keeping the flame on high, add cooked rice. also, add 1 tsp pepper and ¼ tsp salt. adjust the salt as soy sauce.

stir-fry by mixing well making sure rice grains won't break. further, add 2 tbsp spring onions and mix well.


finally, add per made Manchurian balls. Enjoy!
