Steamed Rava Manchurian

Method:


In a bowl, take 1 cup Rava, 1/2 cup curd, some salt,1/4 cup chopped cabbage, 2 tbsp finely chopped onion, ½ tsp ginger. 2 finely chopped green chillies, 1/4 tsp baking soda, add little water

make a dough like paratha. Cover the bowl and leave it for 15 minutes.

Keep the steamer on with boiling water, in the strainer apply little oil so that Rava balls don’t stick

Take little oil in hand and make small roundels from the mixture and put all the Rava balls in steamer for 20 minutes


Now in a flat pan, add 2 spoon of oil add some ginger and garlic and shallow fry the Rava balls till you get the golden color. Take it out and in the same pan, add 1/2 tsp ginger,1/2 tsp garlic, 2-3 fresh green chillies,1 onion cut into cubes, and once they get little tender add 1 capsicum cut in cubes, and some cabbage cubes. Cook for 2 minutes and then add 3 tbsp. soya sauce, 1 tbsp. Vinegar and 1 tbsp. tomato ketchup. add 1 cup of water, 1 tsp corn flour (diluted in 4-5 spoon of water).Cook till corn flour gets boil.


Now it’s time to add Rava balls. Add salt according to your taste, Garnish with spring onion, here I use spinach and serve.
