Sabudana Papad (Tapioca Pearls)

Made some Sabudana Papad :
Ingredients:
1 bowl - Sabudana
1 and half bowl water for soaking Sabudana ( soak sabudana overnight )
1/2 tb cumin seeds, 1 tbsp Green chilli paste, 1/4 ts salt, 5 bowl water.
Method :
In a vessel add 5 bowl boiled water, than add soak sabudana, salt, green chilli paste and cumin seeds. Stirring constantly till they become transparent about 20 minutes. Then take half mixture and grind it , then mix it with half whole sabudana.
Then split the mixture into 5 bowls and add your choice colour in it.
Make the papad with a spoon on a plastic sheet or using bangle let the papad dry for 4 to 5 hours then flip the sides and let them dry out completely. Sun dried for 2 days.
Note:
If you feel while making papad that sabudana mixture is thick , you can add hot water in.
