Stuffed Idles

Bored of having the same idle again and again so I tried these stuffed idles and they tasted amazing...
Here is a delicious, stuffed idle recipe that can be enjoyed as a snack or the main dish.
Ingredients:
2 cup semolina,
1 cup yogurt,
1/2 tsp salt,
1 tsp Eno,
2 tsp oil.
For Stuffing :
1 tsp oil,
½ tsp Mustard seeds,
3- 4 curry leaves,
½ tsp split lentils (urad dal) ,
½ cup chopped onion,
2 Potato,
½ cup peas ,
1/2 tsp salt ,
1/2 tsp red chili powder,
a pinch turmeric powder ,
1/2 tsp coriander powder.
How to make stuffed idle:
Mix salt and yogurt in semolina and make a thick batter using water. Cover it and leave for 1 hour.
Boil Potato, peel and mash properly. Boil peas also and mash them. Now Heat oil and crackle Mustard seeds, curry leaves in it than add chopped onion stir for five minute than add mash potato, peas, salt, red chili powder, Turmeric powder and coriander powder and fry for a few minute.
Boil 2 glass water in an Idle cooker. Then add Eno to the idle mixture than grease idle mold with oil and put a little of the above mixture in it.
Then put Potato mixture then again put idle mixture to cover the stuffing.
Place idle mold in Idle cooker cover it and cook at high flame for 10 minutes and then remove it from the flame.
Rest it for another 3-4 mins. Unmold the idle plate and serve hot idles with coconut chutney and Sambhar
