Tuver Stuffed Paratha

Tuver Muthia / Pattis Recepie:
1/4 Cup Semi Crushed Raw Green Tuvar/Lilva (Green Pigeon Pea),1/4 Cup Finely Chopped Green Coriander Leaves,1/4 Cup Coarsely Grinded Wheat Flour,1 Tbsp Sorghum Flour (Jowar Ka Atta),1/2 Tbsp Oil, 1 Tbsp Cream/Malai, 1/2 Tbsp Green Chilles garlic & Ginger Paste,1 Tsp Sugar, 1/8 Tsp Black Pepper Powder,1/4 Tsp Chaat Masala Powder,1/4 Tsp Sesame Seeds, Pinch Turmeric Powder,1/8 Tsp Asafoetida, Salt to taste,Oil for frying and greasing.
METHOD:
In a bowl mix all the ingredients and make a soft dough. If required use little water. At the same time also put Idli Steamer and let water to boil. Grease Muthiya Plate and using greased palms make small balls or shape you like out of dough and lightly flatten it with palms. Put the prepared Muthiyas in the greased plate. Place the plate in Idli steamer when water is boiling. Cook Muthiyas on medium-high flame for 15-20 min till done. Once cooked take out the plate from Idli Steamer and allow it to cool down completely. Heat oil for deep frying. Deep fry muthiyas on high flame till light golden colour. For tempering take little oil in a deep Pan and prepare mustard seeds, curry leaf and asafoetida and lightly roast on the muthias. Serve hot with Ketchup.
