Veggie Rose Momos... this dumpling...
ingredients:
2 cups very finely grated cabbage,1 onion grated, 1 cup wheat flour, 1 cup white flour, Salt, 1 tsp Red chilli powder, Ghee as required, 1 inch Ginger grated.
Method :
Take a mixing bowl and mix grated cabbage, onion and ginger.
Take both the flour add salt and 2 tsp refine oil. Now make a dough of it. Let it rest for 10 mins.
Mix salt and Red chilli powder in a bowl and keep aside.
Take a ball of dough and make roti by using dry flour.
Now in the centre add a drop of ghee and then sprinkle salt and red chilli powder on it. Now place the cabbage mixture on roti in a triangle shape. Now fold it in triangle shape.Now in tawa add some oil and make paratha of it.

Press the corners and cook it properly in medium flame. Serve it with schezwan chutney...
