Frozen Blueberry Yogurt Bar
just three ingredients and magic is on.
yogurt have been my bff’s these days.
I’ve been on a total berry kick. I blame the weather. It’s so hot and miserable, so eating something cold and sweet.
And since we’re all about trying to eat healthy, I wanted to eat froze Greek yogurt and packed it with bunch of good stuff.
So, the recipe is pretty simple. There is no refined sugar or artificial sweeteners, instead I used honey to sweeten these bars.
you also packed them with crunchy good stuff, like dry cranberries, coconut chips, chocolate
Following goes really well with low fat yogurt:
Honey, Fresh fruit jam, Pecans, walnuts, almonds, peanuts, Raisins, dried cranberries and other dried fruit. Mini dark chocolate chips.
Fresh seasonal fruit like strawberries, blueberries, kiwi, bananas.Granola and other favorite cereals.chips and fresh raspberries.

1/2 cup blueberry, 1 cup Greek yoghurt, 1/3 cup milk (optional), 3 tbsp. honey.
Hand mesh blueberry than add in yoghurt, and honey then blitz until crunchy do not over blend.
Once you have a pale blue, crunchy, creamy mixture ready, divide between the holes in your Popsicle mold, leave a little room at the top of the holes as the mixture will expand when freezing.
Add on the tops or wooden sticks and then place in the freezer until solid, at least 4-6 hours.
To remove popsicles from mold, run under warm water and keep wiggling gently until the Popsicle comes free.
Popsicles will stay fresh in the freezer for 1 month.
