Rose & Pistachio Kheer (Indian Rice Pudding) – Instant Pot method


1/3 cup Rice (washed), 4 TBSP sugar, ¼ tsp cardamom powder, 1 tsp rose water, 4 cup full fat milk or full-fat coconut milk.


Add everything to the instant Pot. Close lid and set on: Porridge at high pressure for 15 minutes on normal heat.


After 15 minutes, quick release pressure. Open lid and stir in 3 tbsp. rose syrup. Chill completely and garnish with dried rose petals and pistachios. No matter how you serve this dessert hot, warm, cold or at room temperature and it’ll taste delicious...
